We are currently recruiting a Locum Treatment Room Nurse looking to pick up ongoing sessions working at a busy practice based in Doncaster. We require cover for 4 days per week, working approximately 25 hours. You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and a healthcare assistant and will be tasked to work and cover the following requirements:

Responsibilities include:

• Wound management, minor injury management, assisting with minor surgery procedures, immunisation
• Screening services, assessments and to plan necessary treatment
• Opportunistic screening such as BP, BMI, and urinalysis
• Due and overdue blood tests
• Smoking cessation support
• Taking accurate notes of all consultations and treatments, ensuring they are all recorded in patient notes and on the clinical computer system
