• Provide high-quality nursing care to our patient population, including chronic disease management.
• Cervical screening (or willingness to train).
• Immunisations and vaccinations.
• Wound care and dressings.
• Health promotion and patient education.
• NHS health checks.
• Supporting GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in primary care, or a keen interest in developing within General Practice.
• Patient-focused, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning, with training provided where required.
