Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a Primary Care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice qualification or working towards/non‑medical prescriber status.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • Preferred: level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
Package Description
  • Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
