• 45-hour per week contract

• £32,500 per year

• Build people capability
  - Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
• Drive memorable experiences
  - Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment
• Own operational excellence
  - Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
• Grow the business
  - Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus
• Lead by example
  - Demonstrate Live Mas values every shift and help your team do the same

• Proven leadership
  - Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service

  - Understanding of P&L, sales performance, and operational standards

  - Willingness to learn and desire for progression into the RGM role
