• Provide a high standard of customer care to maximise sales and increase items dispatched while maintaining good stock and admin control.
• Administer all aspects of the web‑site customer service with high quality care at all times.
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and deal with them in an appropriate manner.
• Keep customers up to date with the movement of their orders and enquiries.
• Deal with all customer complaints in line with the web‑shop’s complaints procedure.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to help out other departments if needed.
• Good understanding of written English.
