Retail Store Manager

Overview

Store Manager - Doncaster Lakeside Outlet Village. Our client is a leading menswear retailer with stores/concessions across the UK and over 75 years of operation. This role is based at Lakeside Outlet Village, Unit 31, White Rose Way, Doncaster, DN4 5PJ
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company in a managerial position.

• Manage the store and lead the team, including organising staff rotas.
• Drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Merchandise stock and manage till and card machine operations.

• £32K OTE which includes excellent bonus and commission.
• Commission scheme payable on team sales (not an individual target).
• 28 days holiday.

• Full training on all stock.

40 hours per week between store opening times. More hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.

Experience in a managerial role within a fashion retail environment is required.
