Pay:
Up to £13 per hour (including enhancement when performing management duties).

Hours:

16 hours per week.

• Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Maintain an impeccable store presentation with well‑stocked and tidy shelves.
• Assist with stock management and oversee deliveries.
• Act as a keyholder and take responsibility for the store in the absence of management, including store openings and closings.

• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with a passion for leadership.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑moving workplace.
• Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with bonus points for key‑holder experience.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks and take ownership when stepping into a supervisory role.
