Overview

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. You will actively develop your staff and invest in personal development. Flexibility is available.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
  • Create an atmosphere of support, motivation and inspiration for the team
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs

  • Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating others
  • Exceptional commercial understanding, delivering a fantastic shopping experience
  • Team player, results‑driven, adaptable to change quickly and bring the team on board with new objectives

  • Strong problem‑solving, business decision, challenging processes and generating innovative ideas
  • Confident with people issues
  • Effectively multitask, plan, organise and prioritise workload
