Seasonal Store Colleague

As a Store Colleague, you’ll help customers feel welcome, support their product search, manage displays, and keep the shop running smoothly in a fast‑paced retail environment. With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping people, you’ll uphold our high service and presentation standards. Hourly Rate: £12.81.

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the right products for their needs.
• Use in‑store systems to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer journey.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and fully replenished — ensuring displays stay fresh and aligned with GO Outdoors standards.
• Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.

• A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
