• As a Sales Assistant at Beaverbrooks, you’ll passionately sell diamonds, jewellery and watches, creating moments that matter for every customer.
• Encourage appreciation for our products by knowing what makes each item special and by listening to the customer’s needs and budget.
• Help customers find the perfect item for their occasion, ensuring a high level of service and product knowledge.
• Be prepared to learn about products, people and the Beaverbrooks Way, with accountability and a strong work ethic.

• A passion for the customer experience with a down-to-earth approach
• Ability to listen to customers and be open and honest
• Motivated by turning everyday moments into the extraordinary
• Merchandising experience is beneficial; training available if not
• Great eye for detail and an understanding of what good looks like
• Willing to put in effort to achieve personal and company goals
