E V Slack Butchers offers a Level 2 Butcher Apprentice position within a fifth-generation family business. You will gain hands-on experience in meat preparation, cutting, customer service, and product presentation while working alongside master butchers.
Training includes food safety and shop operations, with a potential for progression to permanent roles. One day per week at Bishop Burton College as part of the program.
