Parts Advisor - Commercial Vehicle

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with commercial vehicle parts knowledge looking for a secure, long‑term career opportunity? Location:

Easily commutable from Retford, Doncaster, Bawtry, Gainsborough, Worksop, Rotherham, Tuxford, Rampton, Lincoln, Newark‑on‑Trent, Chesterfield, Clowne.

Salary:
Circa £40,000 basic + Bonus + Pension + 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) + Free onsite parking.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a well‑established business with a strong reputation in the industry. You'll play a key role in supporting customers, building long‑term relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the parts department. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on commercial vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Process, manage, and track customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Make proactive customer calls to provide updates and support ongoing requirements.
  • Ensure customer records and internal systems are kept fully up to date.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
  • Strong commercial vehicle product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational ability.
  • Experience using computer‑based order processing and account management systems.
