Sales Development Executive

Job Description

Field Sales Executive – Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop area. Work with popular brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Toblerone and more.

• Sell market‑leading brands into independent and symbol retailers on a regular basis.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place point‑of‑buying materials and oversee their implementation.
• Report on sales activities.
• Deliver field KPIs and achieve annual objectives.

• Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG (other sectors are also considered).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and perseverance.
• Valid driver’s licence (maximum 3 points) and comfortable driving either an automatic or manual vehicle.

• Permanent contract with a 6‑month probation period.
• Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.‑5:00 p.m.
