Field Sales Advisor – you’ll be the face of Virgin Media O2, introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV products. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference and earn uncapped commission. You’ll receive an electric company car to travel in style.

• Out and about in your patch, knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch.
• Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into commission.
• Following up leads, managing your own pipeline, and treating your area like your own business.

You’ll start with two weeks of full‑time training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), covering product knowledge, sales systems and ongoing support from peers.

• Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week
• Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm

• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work 12–8pm shifts.
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Resilient, motivated, and target‑driven.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and real desire to earn.

• £26,228 base salary with uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k).
