Business Development Manager

Inspire Resourcing is recruiting a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a growing and established business seeking an individual with prior B2B door knocking experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, with flexibility required for the right candidate.

• Proactively and reactively identify new business leads via cold calling.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets, managing your own personal sales pipeline.
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
• Use and update internal CRM systems and other appropriate records.
• Support the Sales Manager and other colleagues with sales-related activities.

• Must be able to handle rejection and not be afraid to work rain or shine.
• Must be social media savvy, reaching prospects online is your best friend.
• Good rapport building and sales skills; must be articulate, confident and politely persistent.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team.
• Ambitious and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong "can do" attitude. Must be determined to succeed and willing to go the extra mile to win a customer's commitment and build lasting relationships.
