Field Sales Executive – Shopsmart – Kraft Heinz – Doncaster

Salary: £26,500 – £32,595 per annum (OTE) including a £6,095 quarterly commission based on KPIs.

    Permanent Full‑Time, 37.5 hours a week, start date 31/08/2026

About the Role

Represent Heinz across major retailers in Doncaster, champion brand visibility, and maximise in‑store execution. Use insights and data to drive performance and maintain strong relationships with store teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily store visits per journey plan to deliver core KPIs.
  • Create standout in‑store displays and interventions that drive incremental sales.
  • Build strong relationships with store colleagues, securing additional space and impactful displays.
  • Capture accurate data and report activities through 360.
  • Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
  • Use sales insights and alerts to take proactive actions in store.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build quick rapport.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Understanding of retail systems and promotional execution processes.
  • Hold a Full Manual UK driving licence.
  • Confident, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • IT literate and confident with mobile data capture tools.
  • Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience desirable but not essential.
