Outbound Sales Advisor

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will support new and existing customers across our phone systems, helping set up policies, answer enquiries, and confirming adequate cover is in place . The role combines customer service with meeting achievable sales targets in a supportive environment.

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to set up new insurance policies.
• Build strong customer rapport while accurately managing policy information.
