We provide full parts & service facilities for Volvo Truck & Bus as well as new and used sales, plus a diverse range of associated services. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team at our Birmingham Depot as a Parts Advisor.
In this key role, you will provide vital parts and administrative support to our workshop operation, ensuring the timely identification, sourcing, pricing and supply of parts to keep our vehicle and trailer fleet running efficiently. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, pre-picking parts for scheduled maintenance, managing urgent parts requests, and using pricing tools to secure the best value while staying up to date with current supplier promotions.
The role also includes managing stock control processes, maintaining stock accuracy, handling warranty and contract-related items, coordinating exchange and specialist tool procedures, and ensuring all systems, records and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Commercial parts experience or experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage however full training will be provided. Hours of work Monday
