Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Banksman / Labourer to join a friendly team. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide wagons safely on site
* Check loads as they tip and report any issues
* Communicate effectively with staff via radio
* General cleaning and labouring duties
* Assist in material inspection and site safety
Requirements:
* Good communication skills
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping
* Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop (experience in a similar role preferred but not essential)
