As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first‑class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one – with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.

Benefits & Compensation- A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings of up to £50,000.
- Guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- 40‑hour week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

- You have strong customer focus; you’ll represent the RAC and engage customers on driveways.
- You enjoy varied work: servicing, diagnostics, repairs, checks, stock management, reporting, and customer communication.
- You can think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
