The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity delivering compassionate substance misuse support across the Doncaster area. We seek an Outreach Worker who will build trusted relationships, reduce harm and help people take first steps toward recovery in the community.
You will engage, assess and support individuals with complex needs, ensuring a person-centred plan and advocacy across housing, health and social services. Doncaster-based role with emphasis on frontline outreach.
