City of Doncaster Council invites applications for Community Reablement Officer. Based at Holmescarr Centre, you will join a dedicated team delivering short-term reablement to adults in their own homes, following hospital stays or to prevent admission. The role requires a full driving licence and the ability to work a 14-day rota.
You will be part of STEPs team, supporting independence, safety and wellbeing with compassionate care and adherence to 6C values. DBS clearance is required.
