City of Doncaster Council is seeking a STEPS Case Manager (CDC) to join the team at Holmescarr Centre in Doncaster. The post is 37 hours per week, permanent, and based in Doncaster.
Salary Grade 7 ranges from £28,598 to £31,537 with a 2% All Inclusive Allowance (pay award pending). The role focuses on triaging referrals, home assessments, re-enablement, and promoting independence within an integrated care framework.
