What are we asking from you?

• A BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or equivalent recognised qualification
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience of working with children and families, preferably as a qualified social worker
• An ability to build strong relationships with children, their families, colleagues, and partner agencies
• To be able to support families to make positive changes and enable children to meet their potential
• An ability to analyse information effectively and to write high-quality assessments
• A focus on supporting families to help them resolve their challenges
• The commitment to provide children in care with the support they need to thrive
• To focus on your own continuing professional development
• Motivation and resilience
• Knowledge of separated children and the asylum process.
