Banksman - Day Shift
Shift PatternMonday to Friday, 05:30 - 17:30
Pay Rate£12.75 per hour
Role OverviewThis is a key role within the operation, responsible for guiding inbound and outbound wagons safely around site and carrying out quality checks on incoming materials. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Safely guide vehicles around site
- Conduct quality checks on inbound materials
- Maintain high standards of safety and communication
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Support smooth day-to-day site operations
- IT literate
- Comfortable working outdoors all day in varying weather conditions
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- FLT experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Full Banksman training will be provided.
