Class 2 Driver – Doncaster

£13.96 per hour – £17.34 per hour | Weekly Pay | PAYE Only

Ready to drive your career in the right direction? M4 Specialist is looking for a reliable and motivated Class 2 Driver to join our client's recycling and waste management team in Doncaster.

• Driving Assessment:
  Friday, 1 May, 8 am
• Induction:
  Working conditions confirmed 4 May – working days Tuesday – Friday, 40 hours per week; must be available for ongoing work from this date.

• Driving and operating Class 2 vehicles.
• Collecting commercial and industrial waste and recyclables.
• Delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures (both client‑ and site‑specific).

• A strong team player with a passion for driving.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and values professionalism.
• Willingness to learn – full training provided.
• Previous waste industry or rear compaction vehicle experience is a plus but not essential.

• Valid UK Class 2 licence.
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph.
• Over 25 years old with at least 6 months of Class 2 experience.
• No more than 6 points on your licence (SP offences only).
• Good knowledge of Doncaster and surrounding areas.

• £13.96 per hour – Standard Day Rate.
• £17.34 per hour – Overtime Rate.
• Weekly pay – PAYE only.
• Weekly retention rate of £71.60 paid per week (paid a month in arrears as an attendance bonus, only for days worked).

Between 6:00 am – 7:00 am.
