Class 2​/7.5T Driver

, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Home Delivery Class 2 Driver Technician to join our two-person home delivery team in Doncaster, DN4 5PD
.

You will be contracted to work 48 hours per week, with the start time window of 04:00 and 06:00 working any 4 out of 7 days
. This is a hands on role, involving manual handling lifting heavy items and is full of variety!

• Work as part of a two‑person delivery team to safely deliver, install, and assemble furniture in customers’ homes, removing and returning all packaging
• Deliver excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and communicating clearly with customers and head office regarding any delivery issues
• Drive and operate vehicles safely and legally, completing all vehicle checks, tachographs, stock transfers, and documentation in line with company and legislative requirements
• Secure vehicles always and promptly report any defects, discrepancies, or issues to the Transport Office or Supervisor

• A full UK driving licence with category class 2 or 7.5T grandfather entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
• Pass a DBS search
