Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Doncaster. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for drivers who enjoy being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team.

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Hours:

Monday to Friday starting between 5 and 6 am – No Weekends

The Role
- As a Multi-Drop Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing approximately 40–50 deliveries per day to hospitality and business customers across Doncaster and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete daily multi-drop deliveries.

* Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.

* Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner.

* Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.

* Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.

* Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.

* Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales.

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

* Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.

* Good knowledge of Doncaster and the surrounding areas.

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

* Strong communication and time-management skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

* A smart, professional appearance is essential.

   Please note, you will be subject to an initial interview on site. If successful, you will then complete a three day company induction and route training.
