Senior Air Traffic Controller

Experteer Overview In this role you help relaunch Doncaster Sheffield Airport by leading the establishment of a safe, efficient ATC operation from day one. You will shape procedures, culture and standards within a modern control environment, working with a team to support growth into a domestic and international hub. You drive training, competency and operational readiness as the unit builds from greenfield opening to standard ATC operations.

• Assure and develop the Unit Training Plan (UTP) and manage long-term UTP delivery Lead the Unit Competency Scheme (UCS) development and delivery Liaise with CAA on ATCO training, validation boards, incident reviews and regulatory compliance Support Airspace Change development in accordance with CAP
