King Air B200 Captain – VIP Charter Humberside

The opportunity

As a King Air Captain, you’ll deliver safe, polished and personable VIP charter experiences. You’ll fly a varied number of hours each month, operate with autonomy within a small, tight-knit team, and help shape a growing business with a reputation for excellence.

• Captain the Beechcraft King Air B200 for bespoke, non-scheduled charter missions.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience, representing Broad Sword with professionalism at every touchpoint.
• Operate to the highest safety and compliance standards, following company manuals and UK regulations.
• Work effectively in a small team while remaining comfortable making decisions autonomously.
• Contribute to operational flexibility and support the growth of the business portfolio.
• Maintain currency and readiness to meet variable flying demands month-to-month.

• Valid UK CPL or ATPL with a current King Air rating.
• Current UK Class 1 Medical.
• IT literacy, including MS Office and web-based systems.
• Personable, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and thrive in a small team.
• Commitment, flexibility and a genuine interest in helping the business grow.
• UK Passport, Right to Work in the UK and a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Prepared to complete an evaluation to demonstrate flying skills during recruitment.
• Advantage: Demonstrable VIP or charter experience.

• 1500+ total flying hours.
• 400+ hours as PIC
• 100+ hours IFR
