Excel Aviation Ltd is seeking an Operations Shift Supervisor to oversee the Operations and Crewing teams and to ensure the safe, efficient delivery of the company’s flying programme, including freight, VIP and bespoke trial aircraft.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deputise in absence, develop and maintain SOPs, coordinate flight planning and fleet documentation, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of safety and customer care.
