Warehouse Picker
Permanent, Doncaster DN9
£26,932.49 increasing to £28,288.65 on completion of probation
Day shift 7.30am-4.30pm Mon - Thurs and 7.30am-4.00pm on Friday.
Due to rural location own transport is essential.
OverviewA permanent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to assist in Picking. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Warehouse Picker will be involved in:
- Pick correct stock and quantity, documenting picker name, number of parcels / items etc.
- Be aware of special customer requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Pack goods into appropriately sized cartons to reduce damage and costs.
- Ensure stock is located in correct bin and report any missing products.
- Experience in a similar role picking products and working safely with manual handling.
- Good attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, approachable, polite and helpful manner.
- 29 days holiday increasing to 33 in 5 years.
