FLT Driver & Pallet Operative (Nights)

Location: Doncaster
Shift Pattern: 4 On, 4 Off
Hours: Night Shift
Salary: £16.50ph

We are currently looking for an experienced (Dual Role) FLT Driver & Pallet Operative to join our client located in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and is happy to combine forklift driving with hands‑on pallet operations.

• Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving, sorting, and storing pallets throughout the warehouse
• Inspecting, grading, and repairing pallets where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or pallet industry experience is desirable
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
