Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative - Lidl Distribution Centre, Doncaster

• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• Regular daytime hours (07:30am - 3:30pm).
• Full training provided.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

• Use a headset system to follow picking instructions accurately.
• Pick a variety of products, including chilled goods.
• Work towards achieving picking and productivity targets.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked safely and securely.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Take responsibility for completing orders independently.
• Assist with team tasks such as cleaning equipment and stock checks.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse.

Previous warehouse experience is not required as full training will be provided.

Experience using a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck/Electric Pallet Truck) is an advantage but is not essential.
