We're representing a well-established FMCG organisation, currently hiring for a Warehouse Lead to join their state-of-the-art facility in Nutts Corner. This role plays a key part in the company's ongoing growth and commitment to keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Supervising warehouse employees including order selectors, loaders, and forklift drivers. Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and accuracy. Delivering training and coaching to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment. Maintaining warehouse standards in line with HACCP and internal audit criteria. Managing scheduling, hiring input, and performance discussions. Supporting cross-functional communication and continuous improvement initiatives. Shift is any 5 in 7 on a weekly rotation.

Week and Week What you'll need:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, preferably in an FMCG setting. Experience in change management and driving team performance. Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on leadership style. Flexibility to adapt start/finish times in line with operational needs. What's on offer:
