Pay Rates as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative:

• £12.71 per hour (from April 2026 £ 12.71)
• Extra £20 attendance bonus for Friday-Monday Rotating shift pattern

Shift Patterns:

• AM (06:00 – 14:00) / PM (14:00 – 22:00) / Rotating (06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00 changing weekly)
• Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday / Friday to Monday

What you will do on a typical day as a Returns Processing Warehouse Operative:

• Processing customer returns
• Unpacking and verifying returned items
• Inspecting returned items for any damage, wear and tear, or deviations from their original condition.
• Determine whether the items can be resold in their current condition, need refurbishment, or must be marked as damaged goods.
• Working quickly and efficiently whilst always ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• You may be asked to carry out other warehousing duties that support the timely processing of ASOS customer returns.

Requirements:

• Reliable and great attention to detail
• Able to achieve targets while maintaining the quality of checks
• Can work alone performing stationary repetitive tasks

Important details:

• You must be over 18 and eligible to work in the UK
• You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
• You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your )
• Mandatory 5 consecutive days of paid training – full attendance required to complete.
