Warehouse Admin Nights

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Nights to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role involves managing inventory, processing shipping documentation, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

• Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00
• 37.5 hours per week
• Occasional weekend work when required by the client

• 14.43 GBP hourly

• Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role
• Knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems
• Must have own transport due to the site location and lack of public transport
• Must be within a 40-minute driving range

• 3-6 months experience in a similar role

• Receive and update shipment statuses and check deliveries against purchase orders
• Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing items
• Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers while entering load details into the Transportation Management System
• Manage bills of lading, shipping manifests, and proof of delivery forms
