Warehouse Admin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin to work with a leading logistics company in Tickhill. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse operations.

• Working 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis.

• Includes a 30-minute unpaid break.

• 12.88 GBP hourly

• Full-time availability of at least 37.5 hours per week.
• Previous experience in a Warehouse Admin or Stock Control role.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and good PC skills.
• Own transport is essential due to the site location and limited public transport.
• Must be within a 40-minute driving range of the site.

• 3-6 months of experience in a similar warehouse environment.

• Receive and update shipment statuses while inspecting goods for damage.
• Manage inventory through scanning, labelling, and organizing stock.
• Enter load details into the Transportation Management System.
• Process shipping manifests, bills of lading, and proof of delivery forms.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
