The Range is seeking a First Line Manager for its Distribution Centre in the UK. The role is full-time and permanent with rotating shifts (5 days out of
7). You will lead a team of around 50, drive process improvements and ensure stock accuracy while upholding Health & Safety standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional peers in inventory, H&S, planning and HR, and contribute to achieving operational KPIs and cost-effective execution.
