We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our CTRG team as a full-time Warehouse Operative at Tesco,
Doncaster, DN4 5JJ
.
This is a hands-on, active role involving regular lifting and movement.
Previous warehouse experience helps but isn’t essential – we’ll make sure you’re fully trained and supported from day one.
Pay and shifts for our Warehouse Operative role in Doncaster:- Standard Pay Rate: £14.96 – £19.90 – depending on shift, rota, overtime and performance bonus
- PM Shift only, working 5 days out of 7
- Performance bonus of up to £1 additional per hour
- Picking and manually handling stock as part of a supportive team environment
- Handling stock up to 25kg – this is a physically active role, and safe lifting training is provided
- Using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP), with hands-on training given
- Working towards friendly, achievable KPI targets around performance and accuracy
- Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test before starting – please only apply if you’re confident you can pass this.
- Aged 18 or over
- Previous warehouse, manual handling, or physically active work experience is important, given the demands of the role
- Comfortable working in cool environments (as low as 0 degrees in some departments) – glows are provided
- Physically fit and confident with regular manual handling
