Job SummaryOur RBT Case Manager works closely with patients to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care through a comprehensive, individualized program. The role involves hands‑on clinical work, behavior analysis, caregiver training, and direct ABA services.

Duties and Responsibilities- Engage in BACB‑approved activities under BCBA oversight and develop hands‑on clinical skills for assigned cases (3–4 patients per time).
- Assist the BCBA and lead caregiver training.
- Maintain professional boundaries with caregivers and communicate effectively in a parent‑friendly manner.
- Develop and write individualized skill acquisition programs tied to the DSM.
- Write behavior intervention plans.
- Evaluate risk and crisis situations.
- Conduct initial and follow‑up assessments and indirect assessments.
- Develop and update treatment plans following best practice and insurance guidelines.
- Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessment.
- Answer questions from other technicians regarding ABA terminology or procedures.
- Assist in staff trainings through presentations on conference and research material.
- Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis services to patients as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
