• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment and complying with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
