Full‑time, Spanish bilingual, immediate hire, paid training. You will work at a local retailer to promote Reliant electricity plans and help customers reduce their energy costs.

• Work within your local retailer
• Be fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Help customers lower their energy costs
• Learn how to uncover consumer desires and overcome objections
• Build professional relationships with customers and fellow employees
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions

• No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing

• $14/hour base paid weekly

• Sell products and services in retail store, kiosk, and event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals each month
• Welcome customers and offer assistance
• Escort customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products
• Advise customers with product and service information
• Build customer confidence to help select products
• Accurately document and report sales
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, functional kiosk/work station
• Submit all paperwork accurately and completely

• Regular and prompt attendance
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals
• Customer satisfaction measured by rejection percentage and complaints

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
• Knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
