RV Technician

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is looking for an RV Technician to join our service team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality units for our customers.

If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in fixing things the right way, this is your lane.

• Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and LP gas systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately
• Document repairs clearly and completely
• Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures
• Work independently and as part of a service team to meet production goals

• Previous RV technician experience preferred, but related experience will be considered
• Working knowledge of RV systems, or transferable experience from automotive, marine, electrical, or mechanical trades
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple repairs without cutting corners
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Must have your own tools

• Physical ability to work in and around RVs, including climbing, bending, and lifting
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Willingness to learn manufacturer updates and evolving technology

• Up to $30 per hour, based on experience
