Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Support Specialist located in Medley, FL
. The Accounting Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including managing journal entries, assisting with financial reporting, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. The role involves working closely with the finance team to support various accounting functions and contribute to the department's overall efficiency.

• Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks.
• Create and process invoices in Quick Books.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Organize and maintain financial records.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding billing and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

• 2+ years of accounting experience with Quick Books OR a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
