Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. People Soft required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Perform account reconciliation for payroll-related accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions related to payroll deductions and contributions.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to manage employee benefits and tax information.
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related documentation.
• Support tax-related functions, including preparation of necessary forms and filings.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree is required and payroll experience in People Soft
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices related to payroll management.
• Experience with data entry tasks, demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
