Uncapped Commissions:
Actual earnings depend on performance, with top earners making $200k+ in year 2 and beyond.

Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years in business development, sales, or management roles in medium to large companies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communication, or Marketing
- Experience selling solutions-oriented services
- Existing network in Service Sector, Hospitality, or Community Association Management
- Ability to exceed sales and commission targets
