The Account Executive will be the face of Inktel to our clients and will be the client’s voice within Inktel. They will use their customer-facing background to help build strong relationships with new and current clients. They will also work closely with all internal departments to ensure that Inktel is being a valued partner by consistently meeting/exceeding the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the client’s voice within Inktel.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery of programs that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned clientele and advocate for Inktel’s service features and benefits.
- Prepare project reports for management and clients; conduct monthly business reviews and quarterly client presentations.
- Forecast revenue, manage invoicing, and ensure programs meet performance KPIs.
- Proactively address potential concerns and manage action plans to improve performance.
- Travel as needed (generally 1-2 times per quarter).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand clients’ business models, goals, and competitive landscape; communicate client vision across internal teams.
- Experience with contract details, program delivery, and KPI achievement.
- Ability to advocate for Inktel as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Clear, concise communication; conflict resolution; ability to consider multiple solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed and work with limited supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and project management skills; eagerness to learn Inktel’s service features and benefits.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, short/long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401K plan).
