Architectural Project Manager

, an innovative residential design firm, is seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction.

• Lead and manage high-end custom residential projects from schematic design through construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Produce detailed construction documents in Revit
• Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations
• Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams

• Professional degree in Architecture,
  Florida architectural registration a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project management
• Demonstrated experience with construction drawings and project management for custom single-family homes
• Strong proficiency in Revit
  ;
  AutoCAD and general office programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Fluent in English;
  Spanish is a plus

Must be currently based in South Florida
