Overview
ONSITE ROLE IN MIAMI - NO REMOTE OR HYBRID
Responsibilities- Manage recovery of delinquent accounts by contacting business owners via phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on account history and financial standing.
- Utilize skip tracing tools to locate hard-to-reach clients while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
- Document all account activity in CRM systems for reporting and audit purposes.
- Partner with legal staff to escalate unresolved or high-risk cases.
